Fast and honest! Within 6 hours of me walking into the office, they conducted a tour of the property, went over the numbers with me and provided an offer. Within 24 hours we agreed upon a price and started all the paperwork. Closed in less than 3 weeks, could have been sooner if I wasn't traveling. I appreciate the large screen they have in the office to display the financial breakdown, comps and basis for their offer.
