Very disappointed with this company. We received a written offer on our home in Ada, and then when we did not agree to pay the additional sellers fee to TurnKey, we did not hear from them again, even after leaving several messages with the agent.
Difficult to deal with, unreachable, don’t follow through with what is in purchase agreement. Their response to everything is “you can take them to small claims court” highly recommend not getting involved with this realty company. Lots of more reliable ones to choose from.

Alex helped us purchase our vacation home in Grand Rapids, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Living out of state I was nervous about the process.
