The initial contact staff was very good. The subcontractors were good at what they did. Contact with management after a problem on job was not able to be rated since it was too low to deserve any stars. Management was loud, rude, demeaning to owner of home and her representative. No professionalism at all and yelling, threatening, and cussing occured from the business owner. The down payment was refunded and supplies removed.
They helped me through a difficult time with my insurance who refuse to insure me only for fire until I had the roof done. They were able to take care of the matter within a month. It was done within 8 hours as they promised and the cleanup was great
Communication with Turnkey was spot on. The crew was professional and did a wonderful job repairing and painting my house. I would hire them again.
