Completely corrupt I threatened to call city of Toronto on them due to a bedbug infestation they then proceeded to kick me out making a false accusation that I was verbally threatening staff and making them feel unsafe which did not happen
I've been homeless for 3 Years & Have gone to-too many shelters. This one single handedly is the worse of them all in Toronto.
Honestly the food is amazing better than most good people get at home. But the staff are completely useless and are just there to clock in and clock out. They offer nothing to improve your situation dispite what they promise. I was there for two month and it was just all around a hopeless environment that the workers could have improved of they actual cared. It is a place to stay but that is it, they wont help you more than that despite getting government funding to do that exact thing.
