This place was a horror show, staff stealing meds from the clients, HIPA violations to numerous to accurately list ( one so called counselor had several patients information tacked up on his wall for everyone to see and possibly copy ) you are forced to pay rent ( even though they are subsidized by the VA ) they tell you that it's like a savings account so you will have money for moving to your own place but they pocket it and you never see a dime. I work in Hagerstown assisting peers. Turning Point has helped plenty of my peers. They also work good with us when it comes to appointmets. I'm greatful they do all the programs they do.
This place is really bad. They do not let you know if a family member has checked in here. They do not care if the person has been missing for over a week. They refuse to give any info to family or the police. Thanks for nothing
