I went to turning point for my gel manicure and she literally charge me $40 because she said it was $10 extra for filing them which is such bull. she didn't tell me that it was extra to file them short before or when she was doing them she just said it after she charged me. I asked how much the total was and she said $40 and I replied “ just for a gel manicure?” And she goes it's $10 extra for filing them. I’ll never go there again. I’m so angry. Her name was Kim.
Rude individuals working here. Went in to have 2 nails fixed as the gel was glopped on to thick. They acted impositioned and they were doing me a favor. Will never return
I have been going to Turning Point since mid-February. I liked the work they do but sadly, I will not be returning. On my first visit, I joined their membership program, which clearly states that it includes a free manicure for your birthday. My birthday was in March and I kept getting the run around. Apparently a flyer gets sent to your home and to date, I haven’t received it. I was basically told that I needed to wait until next year. Amazing! I had disney inspired french tips done and she took her time. I will be coming back!
Terrible. Nail broke same day . Other polish chipped within 2 days. They just ripped off my daughters loose tip which hurt her and they cut her real nail underneath down to nothing when she was trying to grow them! I just spent 55 dollars and a nail is missing and polish (gel) off just within 2 days. Don't recommend
Way overpriced
unfortunately will not be returning . got cut on 2 nails and was bleeding significantly.. owner didn't seem affected and when i asked if i could leave a tip on cc... he stated "this is not a restaurant""... ugggg. terrible! ..
