Absolutely ridiculous. Their website clearly says they offer EMDR and even lets you book a telehealth appointment—but when I called back after getting a voicemail, the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude and said no one actually does EMDR at those times. Then why is it on your site?? Total waste of time. The site feels completely disconnected from the actual office, and the staff clearly couldn’t care less. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother. I absolutely love the service at this office! They’ve got a bunch of awesome therapists who are super skilled, and you can see them in person or online. I’m a fan of in-person sessions, but it’s great to have the option to go virtual when life gets in the way. The therapists are so professional and genuinely care about their clients. The admin team is on point too—always quick to help with any questions. Totally recommend this place!
Ms. Ragine Stevenson works with both of my sons, and I am truly grateful for the support she provides our family. From the beginning, she has created a safe and welcoming space where my boys feel completely comfortable expressing themselves. THE ABSOLUTE WORST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED, AND THAT GOES FOR THE SUPERVISOR AS WELL. WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION ABOUT MY FIRST CONSOLE THAT I ENDED AFTER FIFTEEN MINUTES. I COULD TELL THAT SHE COULDN'T CARE LESS.
first of all the therapists aren’t helpful and i called to report one and they never got back to me. emmanuel williams is very judgmental
