THE ABSOLUTE WORST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED, AND THAT GOES FOR THE SUPERVISOR AS WELL. WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION ABOUT MY FIRST CONSOLE THAT I ENDED AFTER FIFTEEN MINUTES. I COULD TELL THAT SHE COULDN'T CARE LESS.
first of all the therapists aren’t helpful and i called to report one and they never got back to me. emmanuel williams is very judgmental
Our family has had a great experience at Turning Point, especially with our therapist, Ragine Stevenson, LMHP. Our teenager was struggling with emotional regulation, and we were struggling to create a bond with them. Ragine has been able to build rapport with our child and help them grow in a relatively short amount of time. I was set a text for my appointment at 6:13 pm and logged in THREE minutes later. Because I was late, I had to call to reschedule my appointment this morning and was told I could no longer be a patient because they claimed I had missed two appointments. The front office at Virginia Beach has carried a hate-on for me since I let my therapist know a few months back that I had left several messages for her that the front staff never gave her, and I also confronted them about the issue.
