Worker is extremely disrespectful and rude. Beatrice is supposed to pick up clients once a week and goes a whole month without pick up. Supervisors have been informed and no action has been taken. She doesn’t give a scheduled date or time for pick ups, she just calls whenever she’s on her way. So disrespectful they don't even have an inbox. So you can't give them. Your information about your case. If they don't have an inbox this already makes me know. They're not working for the government they're working for themselves. And when you get there you have to wait 2 to 3 hours. Before you get any help. Got to go through three different individuals as well.
This place as a company is a joke
Poor staff. Prepare to be disappointed.
