I just had the most horrific experience here!!! Id been here a few times in the past n I called n asked if I could come back to get treatment they told me yes even sent me a bus ticket u rode 4 hrs to get here!! Only to get told by my councilor that the treatment team over at what they call Sunset long term 2 to 6 months said they didn't feel like they could help me and I needed to find another rehab center!! An awful experience for me. The staff was horrible. JRock, Pam, Anna. Are they trained to be mean? My lawyer is on it. We were treated like prisoners. The food made my stomach hurt. HIPPA violations. No patients rights
The food was terrible, the staff were rude or arrogant (the nurses were generally professional) and patients were locked out of their rooms all day. Additionally, there were surveillance cameras in all the rooms. Some group sessions were helpful but we mostly sat around and watched tv. Not helpful! It felt like we were in prison rather than a place where we could receive help. Avoid this place!!

Clean and very nice facility. Staff is sufficiently helpful. Mr Grant, Mr Joseph, and Miss Kylee are some of the Nicest, Helpful, and Caring people I have had the pleasure to meet in a very long time. They definitely deserve to be recognized and rewarded for their sensitivity to their patients needs. For going above and beyond when others just went about their daily duties. Much love ya’ll
