I recently bought my first car from here and I had a really great experience! Allen helped me out and he was able to answer my questions, was very patient, and overall very helpful. I’d highly recommend going to him if you’re considering buying a car!
Trashy. Dropped my car off on a Thursday to have them check a power draw. They kept it for a weekend, changed the battery, charged me $250, and a month later I went to a different mechanic and learned it was the alternator.
I had the worst and horrible experience with this place. Dropped off my car at 7:30am for diagnosis, paid my own ride back and fort, called me at 4:00pm telling me that they can't touch my car.. Wasted my time!!!!!! No customer service and care. They don't provide any kind of service at all. I hope that not all Mazda centers are like this one
Best car buying experience ever!
