I have been with Turners 19 years since instillation of my HVAC unit in '04. Always good reliable service. Last year had a horrendous experience with Mark, who is no longer with the company, and was ripped off for needless 2 pounds of refrigerant for $400. Complained but this issue was never addressed by anyone. Was going to drop Turners from the service contract and cross then is Frank. The technician Ryan arrived promptly was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the problem.
