The staff was great during the purchasing process, not so much afterwards. I needed to get my ring sized down and I was told I would not be charged for it- $0.00 was written on my receipt. When I went to pick the ring up, I was told I was being charged and they were not very friendly about it. My salesperson, Eleanor, told me that I would never be charged for sizing because "we take care of our customers here." On top of that, the ring is still too big after two sizings. If you are looking for someone to go where the people are extremely nice! Me and my now Husband went in here to get our wedding bands! It was a very fast decision so we needed the bands very quick! All of the people at Turners worked with us and were SO nice! I highly recommend Turners for any of your jewelry needs! They work with you on everything and make sure you get exactly what you want!
