I took my motorcycle in to get a tire put on with a appointment set for Thursday morning, I dropped it off on Wednesday Jay calls me calls me Thursday afternoon to say he broke my valve stem and that he didn't have one to replace it so he had to order one. They called me friday late afternoon to pick it up as I was on my way to work so I told them I will pick it up in the morning.
