Do not use Turner Security. We hired Turner security to be our security professional. The cameras recommended to us only record for 30 seconds and then they stop recording for a certain amount of time no matter what is happening. All the cameras don’t record consistently. I reached out to them on multiple occasions, and gave them the ability to rectify this situation or explain what was going on. I am now stuck with cameras that don’t work that I paid for and will have to go start this process over again with someone else.
I give 5 stars because they are a 5 star company. Any time I have had a question. From Kenneth to Dan to Melissa any thing I asked was answered. They go above an beyond.
