I went to this office on 7/13 at 1:55pm to talk about getting an access control system for my office this week, but the door is locked with a "press here for entry" button on a video doorbell. I pressed there, but never got a response although some static did come out of the doorbell (making me question the quality of their hardware), and the door never unlocked. I assume they are too busy to take on new customers at this time.
Turner security was and is awesome. I had a tech to come out and explain the system that was already installed by a previous owner. Was very thorough and professional and polite. His knowledge of the systems was impeccable and showed me things to help Keep me and my family safe and feel safe in a new neighborhood. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Do not use Turner Security. We hired Turner security to be our security professional. The cameras recommended to us only record for 30 seconds and then they stop recording for a certain amount of time no matter what is happening. All the cameras don’t record consistently. I reached out to them on multiple occasions, and gave them the ability to rectify this situation or explain what was going on. I am now stuck with cameras that don’t work that I paid for and will have to go start this process over again with someone else.
I give 5 stars because they are a 5 star company. Any time I have had a question. From Kenneth to Dan to Melissa any thing I asked was answered. They go above an beyond.
Turner's technician named Richard helped us today in our Chattanooga office. He fixed an issue that has been plaguing us for some time. Thank you Richard!
