For short term storage, I'd say it's not bad, but I wouldn't recommend it for long term. We had our stuff in there for several years, we did clean it out a couple years ago after bad summer fires left everything covered in a layer of ash (yes, even inside the unit)...but recently we decided to clean out our unit and sell most of the stuff in it, and our stuff was once again covered in think brown dust, but this time several of our items also had mouse and rat droppings on and inside them. I had a very serious issue with Turner Road Storage that resulted in extensive rodent damage to my personal property. When I brought this to their attention, the response I received showed a lack of urgency and accountability. This is not a minor issue—people trust storage facilities to protect their belongings, and proper pest control should be a basic responsibility. Worst people to deal with. Gate is always broken, they raised monthly rate by 60 dlls and they never return phone calls. This property manager should find a new line of work.
