We put a deposit down on a 2024 Kia K5. After weeks of waiting for it to come in we were told they sold it to someone else. The salesman was named Mitchell. When we asked for our refund back it took over a week to get it back because he refunded it to a card number that wasn’t even ours! We had to call to ask about it. Also, when we asked to speak to a manager it took them over a week to call us. We would never recommend Turner Kia to anyone.
I am contacting the Bureau today in regard to horrendous service and to hopefully warn current and potential customers of Turner Kia to never return or go to this dealership in the first place. My 2013 Kia vehicle was taken here for service and as a vehicle with over 100,000 miles it can be considered higher mileage but not in the extreme. If I could give a 0 stars, I would! Where do I start off? How about with me putting a deposit on a telluride and Turner Kia selling it from under me. How is that even legal? I was scheduled to go pick it up, and got a call stating they sold the vehicle to another customer. The sales men and manager at Turner are nothing but slimey salesmen. They try to sell you on high interest rates (7%) but try to make the payments seem low by extending the length of the loan. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I don't want anyone to fall for what they tried to do to me. My car buying experience was great last year, no issues with that; my problems have been the service department. I purchased my car in May, less than 3 weeks later I had to have my car in for a service. The oil light was on, and when I checked oil it was dry.
