I have been with them for 4 years and have had issues with rude staff but loved the doctors and hygienists and stayed with them... but my daughter just chipped a tooth and is in pain, they said they can get her in 2 weeks from now, when I asked her why they don’t have emergency appointments and expect a ten year old to be in pain for 2 weeks she hung up on me.

Due to the international COVID-19 crisis and restrictions/closures in our industry, we are very backlogged like many other places. We do always try to take care of any pain issues as soon as possible. Once again we sincerely apologize for this happening and I do believe the phone disconnected by accident.

Needed a new dentist since my former dentist’s offices closed. Decided to try Turner dentistry based on positive reviews and they are also close to home. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and caring. They are taking all precautions due to COVID and I feel very safe.
I was in the market for a new dentist since my previous experiences haven’t always been so great. Ive held off on dental work for years because of it...Recently I decided to change that and schedule with Turner. I am so glad I found my new home and can’t wait to get my teeth fixed.
