This office lost my business before I even went there. I scheduled a lasik eval through their website and had to wait 2 months for it. No biggie, I figured they were busy. The week before the eval, I got 3 reminders of my appointment, one through email, one call and one text. All had instructions such as how to prepare and what to bring and prompted me to confirm, which I did.
