We had Turner service department install some Toyota running boards on our Tundra. Within 6 months, they had nasty rusty spots ALL OVER THEM. We have called and called and called and emailed and called...NOTHING. ZERO. NADA. All they do is give us the run around. We’ve heard plenty of excuses though. � They never return calls or emails when they say they will. We are stuck with these hideous—and expensive!—Toyota factory running boards on our beautiful truck. We needed a new family car, Bruce Cole answered every question we had. He was patient and didn't pressure us in any particular direction. Made recommendations based on his experience through at least four iterations of (we want / need a...) thanks to his expertise we found the perfect vehicle!

Service is terrible. Everytime I have taken my Toyota there, they send me to the GMC service. I have a serious problem with my transmission and if course they couldn't repeat the problem. Then I take it to the next nearest dealership and they find and fix the problems. This same think my happened with my drives shaft repair 5 months ago. It was a 900 warranty repair taken care of no problem at a real Toyota dealership. I have to drive 2 hrs to get to Turner and I guess it'll be 3 from now on.
