Our previous home sold quickly, veryclose to asking price. We had very little headache throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth and well executed. I had an extremely positive experience finding and buying a home thanks to Valerie. I didn't have a big budget and had very specific desires for a home both of which limited my options. Val worked tirelessly to help me find and view homes and worked through the purchase process smoothly. She kept me informed every step of the way and helped me make the best offer to get my dream home in a very competitive market. She is very professional and provided outstanding customer service!
Unfortunately, this platform restricts my full review, so all I will say here is that we didn't feel like we had an advocate in the process with Travis, we were dismissed at closing, and overall communications were lacking. Discrepancies in commissions offered through UpNest vs. contract, some emails went unanswered, very limited support/work done (he never even looked at the home (except via pictures), and frustration with feeling like we, as sellers, were not respected with our time.
