Turner Appliance is definitely the place to buy alliances. They don't try to sell the most expensive, but what really meets your needs. And they provide great service to their customers. I highly recommend them!
I was very disappointed that Turner would not honor the service contract I have with GE. They were designated the only service provider in my area under the Assurant contract I've purchased. That was Saturday. They told me on that day they were too busy to help me. Today, Monday, they told me they don't service my area (Cordova). Basically hung up on me. By the way, do NOT purchase this service contract offered by GE. It is nothing but a headache.
Customer service is stellar and product is wonderful! I would go to Turner before anyone else!
I want to give a shout out to Beth Turner for her help. A few weeks ago our older dryer quit and the washer was limping along, so we went to Turner's to shop for a replacement set. Beth greeted us and listened carefully to our size and style requests, we really appreciated her knowledge and guidance in picking out the right set for us.
