My fridge went out so I stopped in to see what they had, had a new one delivered the next day and they were awesome to work with!

I am very impressed by the level of dedication that this company has to its customers. I bought a freezer 1.5 years ago from there and it started to malfunction. Unfortunately it was out of warranty. GE would not do anything for me besides offer me the same freezer at a 25 percent discount. Terry gave me a call and told me that he was going to bat for me and he would like to replace my freezer with a brand new one. Today my new freezer was delivered by his team.
