In my experience most rental management companies have been very difficult and treat their tenants as an inconvenience and are only interested in the funds they receive from them. I live in one of the properties and I have to say that Aaron is one of the nicest attentive persons that I've met in a long time. The property that I live in may not be A one but the property manager gets an A-Plus for me! And just a side note I can be very particular about the cleanliness and the response of the repairs and so far no complaints!
