Jake from Turnbull did a great job today. Called me before coming. Showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Explained it efficiently. Fixed it quickly. Cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend.
Excellent service, reasonable prices. Jake from Turnbull did a great job for us, again. His work is impeccable and fast, and best of all he has proved himself to be himself to be someone we can absolutely trust. That is a huge asset--whatever he says we need, I know we need. We are very very pleased with his company and would never use anybody else.
After reading through the reviews, I see that I'm not alone in my sentiments and experience. Although Turnbull seems to be highly regarded in the community for the quality of their work, they are sorely lacking in professionalism and customer service. I called just after noontime on 6/17 and a woman answered the call.
