Can't seem to get a security deposit returned!
This complex is every bit as beautiful as the pictures make it seem. Maintenance is swift and thorough, keeping the apartments some of the most well-kept I've seen. They've an outstanding management team that is both kind and efficient, and several different events are planned throughout the year. Will recommend to anyone. Edit to add: I must also agree that I've experienced no traffic noise while living here. The entire complex is peaceful and welcoming.
While living in the complex was enjoyable, upon moving out, we were told that we could either bring in a company of our choice to clean the carpets or pay the complex nearly $200 to clean the carpets, so we brought in a reputable third party who did a thorough job on the carpet in the entire apartment. Nearly a month after we moved out, they charged us an additional $300 to re-clean the carpets because of “pet smells/stains” when there was not a single stain on the carpet and the only thing the carpet smelled like was the cl... read more
Perfect location, amazing pool and I have had some of the best neighbors in the four years I've lived here. Staff and ownership are amazing, kind hearted, hard working people! Plus, if you have dogs, this is the best place for you!
