Apartments are nice. Only complaint is the parking. If you absolutely need a place to stay every night I wouldn’t recommend. There is NO overflow parking so if you get off work late at night don’t expect to have a parking spot. (Even though your lease saids 2 spots you are not guaranteed them) I have asked staff before about the parking situation and if in the event of no parking I was told told to park anywhere but also I don’t wanna risk having my family’s only vehicle towed. This place is absolutely infested with spiders, staff is extremely rude for the most part (Christina especially), only plus is that the maintenance guys are great and get things fixed quick. Lived here for two years and cannot tell you to stay away enough
Staff are always quick to respond, helpful, and sweet. Joy is very knowledgable and always does her best for her tenants. The maintenance team are amazing - we had a pipe burst on Christmas, and they still came to at least shut the water off until they could fix it the very next day. The people working here give a family business vibe that fits the cozy feeling of the landscaping and apartment layouts. Amenities are great.
