I can hear my neighbors through the wall every night. The windows are thin. Loud music all the time in this complex. Terrible parking. Not impressed.
Don't move into 140 H unless you love the smell of Marijuana 24/7 wafting into you apartment and people bumping there stereos at 11 and don't get me started on the one car who's alarm goes off at 4-5 am every morning. This place use to be nice but new management.
We signed for a year and would have never signed... The Apartment management is not very good Joy is not very helpful and not very understanding. The maintenance team is okay. We had several issues in and around our apartment. Our place flooded 2 times and was told there's nothing that they can do, when our back area on the ground level sloped into the apt. They also burst a pipe in our apt and did not clean it up very well or at all. The biggest issue for myself was that the lease agreement is just a joke. We had out smoker... read more
