Do not move here if you want your mail. Especially on your Birthday losing cards, gift cards and checks from my Family! Owner too cheap to buy a camera for the mailroom. Oh, and management doesn't even send an email to residents. We just have to figure it out Ourselves. SOOOOOO STUPID!!!!!!!
We have been here over a year now and the office crew has always been professional and very helpful! We always get our issues resolved by the office and maintenance in a timely matter. Rachel is always so welcoming and helpful to my family and I. She always greets us when she sees us and always asks if we are doing good and asks about the kiddos and doggy. It is never dull or awkward speaking to her. Super love it here!
I put in a work order and it was fixed within 12 hours. They also brought a filter and changed it out without asking. Maintenance team is awesome, works hard and I appreciate you guys (thank you Pedro!!!) and the office admin team.
Amazing views of the golf course. You won’t find anything else like this. Must check it out. Best part is that the view of the golf course is facing east so gorgeous mornings! When it snows (Texas snow) it makes you forget you’re in Dallas. Book a tour with Avary - real sweet and down to earth person.
