We will have lived here for a year in August and I definitely do not plan on renewing. CONSTANT water issues. The pipes have burst TWICE. Luckily I live on the top floor, but an entire hallway of apartments were flooded. They are always having to turn the water off for maintenance. There have been times where I’ve had to go to a friends house just to take a shower because of it. I’ve never lived anywhere where they have no many structural issues. RecommendedOffice staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues were always handled quickly. I enjoyed living at Turnberry and would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent priced and still decent apartment. Beautiful area that I always felt safe walking around in.
The management here is the worst. They don't relay messages to each other and then it's your fault. The rent is high. I would not recommend them to anyone.
