Turnberry Apartments are not as bad as the previous reviews have stated. Management is stable, strict, and professional. The maintenance crew is one of the hardest working groups of individuals I have ever seen at an apartment complex. As far as the buildings go or the quality, it's as good as any apartment complex as old as it is. Went to talk to them about leasing an apartment closer to work and walked in and the manager was on the phone talking about not renewing the lease of one of the tenets because of a bad review left online and how she was making it hard on the tenets in order for them to leave. Needless to say I will not be renting from someone that vindictive and rude. I left and I have no intent on returning.
This place is horrid. It takes forever to get things fixed. People smoke and do drugs and management doesn't seem to care. Gas get stolen from cars. A friend of mine was going to move in with us do to falling on hard times management sad that we didn't need to have a friend move in with us because we were married and that it wouldn't be healthy for our marriage.
These apartments are very bad. The current manager doesnt care about the mice, roaches,leakings, and problems their are. They turn off the water every couple of days, and the maintenance is the worse here. I even found snakes in my cabinet. Very dirty. Dont move here
We lived there for 2 years and are ceilings were falling in and bugs were coming in under the door and every time I called they never had enough staff to come and fix anything. When we moved I cleaned everything and they said that nothing was done and tried to charge us 600 dollars. They are definitely the low end on the totem poll when it comes to apartments. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
My family and i have been living in Turnberry for almost 2 years now and its what we can afford. And between them not giving notices for when they turn the water off and ignoring maintenance requests i dont know which is worse.
These apartments are way overpriced for the condition that they are in. Management is absolutely rude. They hung up on me several times. They're nasty apartments and super outdated. You can find better Apartments in the ghetto of okc for a way more reasonable price. They'll tell you deposit is refundable, but it is not.
Honestly, this is the best apt complex I've ever lived in for a lot of reasons. It's quiet (at least to me), but you can still turn up your movie sound and your neighbors don't get upset LOL :) and that's pretty cool!! The apartments themselves are nice, too. The one bedrooms are little, true, but it's not too awful crowded for a couple. I have good friends here in the complex with a three bed, and they're huge and really nice!!
