I've known Kari for over five years and she never ceases to amaze me how much she is dedicated to her clients and the amount of talent she has in the hair industry!! Turnarounds Salon & Day Spa has a relaxed environment, it's like you're just hanging out with friends. The service and the results they produce are fantastic!
Love Turnarounds! If I ever have a complaint, they know I will make it known and they are always willing to make things right! I love going there, very comfortable, laid back atmosphere! Kari and her staff are honest and caring and are willing to do whatever it takes to make their clients happy, all you have to do is speak up!!
I've been a customer of Kari's for 18 years and she and her staff at this salon are remarkable. Recently, I had an occasion where I needed in on short notice (we've all had those moments) and Kari couldn't accommodate me but she suggested Mady could. I knew that Kari wouldn't make the suggestion if she didn't think Mady wouldn't be able to handle it (plus she knew I wouldn't hold my honest opinion back if I was not satisfied!!). I have very thick hair with some natural curl & I've had difficulty throughout my life finding stylists who know how to deal with it. Kari is a godsend. She knows exactly what to do even when I am not sure. I have never gotten more compliments on my hair in my life since going to Kari for the last eight years. She's very knowledgeable and confident in her work. Highly recommend!
