Very good experience overall. I was looking for a specific car and found it listed on car gurus for a "Good" price with Turnage. Talked with Aaron on the phone and he was totally honest and even told me about some pricey recommended maintenance that would need to be done soon. The asking price was the best I'd found for a better car than any other dealer. The dealership was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

So you didn't bring your concerns to me fully, giving me the opportunity to assist in any way, but you left me negative feedback? Furthermore, alternators are not maintenance items - that means they don't come due for replacement or service at an interval. They either work or they don't. It sounds like the alternator decided to die - much like your tv decides one day that it will never come on again - alternators are electronic parts that just work until they fail without notice, most of the time. Turnage has restored my faith in facing an unexpected purchase of a car. That kind of purchase is a huge step and in many cases is one that may not be "at the right time ". I went to them first and after days of dealing with the "other people" I quickly went back to Roy wondering why I went anywhere else to begin with. They're just that good. Roy was an ease on my mind after a month and a half of dredging and haggling through some of the skeeviest lots. Someone tried to sell me on a heavily used '98 Chevy Impala With SHOT rotors, for the same price I spent at Turnage on my 2005 Prius (Pretty much the car I've always wanted [Besides SW 74-Z of course].). Everyone else would rather waste your time (and their OWN time) trying desperatly to rip you off. Roy just wants to sell good cars at a great price.
