HORRIBLE .... HORRIBLE ... HORRIBLE ... NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE... NO ONE HAS ANSWERS FOR ANY QUESTIONS... NO APPLIANCES AS PROMISED PER THE MLS AND RENTAL AGREEMENT. OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE ... MANAGEMENT IS RUDE... THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL ... THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

these people took advantage of us! We moved in to our condo April 28, 2022 although originally our move in date was supposed to be sooner. before signing our lease we did a walk through and the entire unit was destroyed (it was bad) but they assured us that everything would be fixed and good to go by our original move in date, some time goes by & they reached out requesting to change our move in date to April 28 to give them more time to clean our unit which we agreed. This is the most unresponsive, unethical business I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. Once they get you to sign the lease, you will never be able to reach them again-- even when it comes to inquiries regarding your lease or maintenance. I've left numerous emails and voicemails to their different mailboxes and have received no responses. This company is a scam. The guy that had us sign paperwork literally said his job was to make sure that we don't get our deposit back and laughed about it. When we moved in they had someone come "fix" the house and he did not speak any English. We asked that they weather seal the house because air was coming thru the doors so this guy glued one of the doors shut. There were open wires on the celing where there were supposed to be light fixtures. The house was completely disgusting and we had to scrub the house top to bottom ... read more

This company is a scam they hide behind a trust fund, and when is comes time to disputing charges they only give you an email to their maintance company. They are very unprofessional and do not care about repeat business. Even if you take detailed notes, have reciepts and pictures of the property they will still not refund your deposit. This company is a scam they wont give me back my deposit and are charging me for fees and telling me I have to show their property since I gave them 30 days notice. They wont fix anything in the rental home and when I moved in it was dirty, holes everywhere had maggots I called no one came. The house was burglarized when I did get someone to come 7 months after I called for water pipe broke and leaking they sent people they hired from home depot who sat outside waiting a gigs. Worst experience ever. This company tried to steal our deposit and tack on additional "fees" when we moved out. We took them to court and we won. This company is a scam.
