Worker was very slow and failed to complete the job as agreed upon. He then said he was finished and that I needed to call the company and hire him for an extra day to complete the job. This would have meant paying twice the agreed upon price. His work was not even acceptable so the job was left unfinished. Not good.
Delays! Arrival times getting later and later as this bathroom remodel continues. Michael clearly knows his stuff, but Im starting to think he's being sent to other jobs, leaving us wondering when he'll show up. AND when this bath will be finished. WILL UPDATE AFTER COMPLETION.
Great experience working with this team. They are very thorough, professional, and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend them.
