I went to Turmalina Nail Salon about two weeks ago. I had a 5:30 pm appointment but wasn't taken until 6:00 pm. I know sometimes things happen and salons run late, but I should have been told when I got there how long I would have to wait. If I had known I would have to wait a half hour, I would have left and gone somewhere else. I told them that I didn't appreciate having to wait so long, and got a cursory apology, but that didn't make up for the time wasted waiting there.
