We originally bought both vehicles at different dealerships - the dealership we bought our brand new Jeep at is great but too far to take for service, the other is local and I’ll never go back to them because they have been nothing but rude!!! After going to previous dealerships in Modesto that had said No to my Husband and I as first time buyers without even checking our credit or budget we decided to come to Turlock and try this one out, Armando De la Torre was more than Happy to patiently assist us choosing the best Truck, paperwork, and buy, also Conrad was very Welcoming which made Us have a pleasant purchase, so blessed to have made business with this dealership!

Lady was late to work in service department, they took a customer who came in after me by an hour. They didn’t talk me to until all computers were up and running just to find out they couldn’t take me in an emergency situation for 5 days even though I am a jeep customer with lifetime warranty and I was 7 hours from home in the rain with no place to stay. Offered no other options for help or even sympathy for the situation the jeeps computer has put me in! Horrible service, will never go there again! Ever!

Never would i go back to this place again treated my wife and i like second class citizens after our car broke down, the vehicle we bought from them didnt last us a week and they were trying to blame us for it, spent like $70k there and thats how they treated us....never again
