I bought my 2014 Town and Country van from TurlockCDJR because of their great service department and their former service dept manager. They serviced my Dodge truck for a number of years and I was always satisfied. I've had my T&C van in for two repairs and an oil change and have received great mechanical service and stupendous service from their Service Advisors Gurtej "Goody" Dhillon (who always remembers my name no matter how long it's been) and Nicholas Trejo who kindly helps out when I'm in a hurry. I recently experienced the worst service ever from a finance manager named James who is employed for Turlock Chrysler dodge. Let's just say after spending a few hours trying to make a deal, the deal was lost over a tank of gas. Also the fact that finance manger lost his cool and started yelling at the top of his lungs at us to leave from across the show room floor. We felt embarrassed and astonished that we as a consumer were being treated like this from someone who was most definitely making money off of us. We will never s... read more
