Cushman and Wakefield own and manage rental property absolute worst way.. I am specifically referring to my experience living at Ilara apartments complex Milpitas. Constant maintenance issues, break-ins, absolute sarcastic property manager Sam. We have lived all over US in multiple properties but this has been the absolute worst experience. You need to seriously look into this property and how it is being managed. Avoid Cushman properties like plague!!
