Very helpful. Quick and easy to work with. Only issue is the address is not updated. It is now located in Building 707A with World freight service (WFS) and the phone number is not updated.
Absolutely unprofessional. Never answer their phone, never answer their email. Turkish airlines support is not helpful either. They want you to hang up in the end of the conversation so you don’t give them low survey rating. Two of the operators were being rude and tried to force me to hang up. Then stayed on the phone silent for 10 minutes after I refused to hang up. And they want you to order an extra ticket for your over 100 cm musical instrument
They moved to building 706. They don’t answer the phone.
