Alex came out the same day I called for an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable. We came up with a plan and the work was scheduled within days. The quality of the turf, the crew, and the results were top notch. If you’re thinking about getting turf I strongly recommend Turfland. Talk to Alex.
We had some massive pooling in our side yard due to a bad concrete job where no drains were installed. We also had nice turf installed by turfland and few months prior. The team helped install French drains to help prevent massive pooling on our side yard without having redo the whole cement. The grass installation completely transformed our front yard from dirt and weeds to a healthy looking lawn. The team was quick and efficient and all friendly. They finished in 2 days. Now our neighbors and mailman are mentioning how much they like our lawn. And now we can actually play on the lawn with our daughter without being covered in dust and dirt.
Alex and his team were great. They know what they're doing. I paid more then some other quotes and it was worth it. Most importantly, his crew experienced a plumbing issue when installing the turf. While one expects an expert contractor to own responsibility the fact is there are many disreputable ones that will shirk responsibility. Alex, the owner, owned it and reassured me it would fixed. And he delivered on his word. So they have my full support and respect and i highly recommend them!
Turfland customer service was perfect, on time, there workers are very efficient and on time, Cindy was great scheduling the date and time. And Danielle is great checking that everything is going ok
