we have been long time customers, but this year is a disaster. No call backs when you leave a message. called to pay bill in spring never told us we were not on there list anymore. We missed 3 times before we knew what happened. We called at least 4 times between my husband and I before contact was finally made, we thought all was taken care of, so we wait.Middle of July and still nothing. We are done with them. Horrible Service!! I agree with everyone else. They will not return any phone calls. I had left 5 messages over a period of several weeks. I didnt want my lawn down and they came out and did it anyways. I would not recommend them to anyone!
Scheduled lawn service, but did not hear from them for 3 weeks and weeds were already growing so I tried to cancel the service. They showed up a week later and fertilized my lawn anyway even though I already fertilized. Now they will not return calls at all (not suprising since they never did before) They wont even respond to the BBB.Extremely poor customer service. Avoid the headache and do your own lawn
Same experience as the other comments. I have been a long time customer and they never return my calls. I have a lot of lawn damage this spring. I had another company come and take a look. I have insect damage that was never diagnosed after an entire summer of treatments and calls to the other guys.
Called and scheduled an estimate for hedge trimming. 3 weeks later I still hadnt heard from them. I called and left message for them to call me that it had been 3 weeks. They never bothered to get back to me and I am a lawn customer!Or at least I was!!
DOES NOT RETURN CALLS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. CALLED 3 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES. PAID FOR SERVICES 1 SEASON IN ADVANCE, WHICH WAS A MISTAKE. STILL HAS NOT PUT WEED APPLICATION ON AND IT IS END OF MAY. REQUESTED REFUND AND NO RESPONSE.
