Answer calls for starters. Cut off two Rasberry bushes behind a roped of planting, unfinished mowing an area beside the house and drive the mower at maximum speed leaving uneven lanes. would likely do better if they could hire people with brains. Shouldn't have to write this if someone would answer the phone and offer to fix the damage caused.
Interesting they didn’t post any pictures of the “landscaping” they did at our house. Probably because they did such a crap job they didn’t want anyone to see it. What kind of landscape company installs a foundation bed with NO drainage that results in water running underneath the house? 😡
Very unprofessional, terrible customer service, and HE definitely does not stand behind his word or work! A nice crew, but the one that runs the show never shows up himself and has no integrity! Expensive lesson learned!
Horrible customer service if you have a “small job”. They came to our home to and gave us a quote to tear out landscaping and shrubs in the front of our home. Told us it would be a month that there were 5 or 6 houses in front of us. A month passed we checked in and were told there was 2 homes in front of us. Another month passed and they stopped answering when we tried to ask.
