We just had turf installed in our backyard by ******** and his crew in ****************. (Maybe called *******'s Team?) They worked hard and did an excellent job. They communicated with ** very well during every step and explained what and why they were doing it. They went above and beyond to do some extra things for us, too. Horrible business practices, obvious fake reviews on ******* This company is obviously not concerned with their track record only trying to fool the public. Once they install HORRIBLY you will never hear from them again

I am currently having the same issue as Jack J. Unresponsive moving dates out, we were told 2-4 weeks the middle of April and the told us when we called that the dates moved after we signed the contract. Now we can get no call back no response. I feel like we were ripped off and will never receive our turf or our money. The office has a tuff luck attitude and is argumentative.

Saw the add on Facebook for "Start of the year Blowout" which advertised $7 per square foot for turf including install. I call their number listed and get Shantel. I explain my square footage and that I am looking for a quote. She explains they run from $8-$14 per square foot. I tell her I am confused as I had just watched an add on Facebook claiming less. Turf Pros Solution is the worst company I have ever signed a contract with for construction services. They lied to me about when my artificial turf would be installed, they were totally unresponsive, defiant and full of excuses when I complained about the protracted delivery schedule, and they lied to me about when I would be contacted by the owner to resolve my issues. I've been using their services for a year now and I've enjoyed working with them. They offer warranty of service and they provide competitive rates. I've never had an issue with them and would recommend them to my neighbors.
