We have only had a couple of treatments with Turf Point and we were impressed how great our lawn looked after the first treatment. Great customer service! We are moving to a new home in the area and we will definitely be calling Turf Point in the spring.
The owners of this organization go above and beyond to make it right. I had a bad taste in my mouth about this company when I had a pushy salesman. One of the owners called me personally to apologize, answer my questions, and offered to come over to my house personally to help make it right. I was really impressed with the phone call and how kind he was!
Kris came to talk to us about our lawn and there was no pressure at all. Yes we are having our lawn sliced and seeded with in the next month. If you decide to talk to them please tell them I sent you. And remember they are a local family company
I've had lawn treatments for 30 years. My lawn looks thicker and better than ever with only 2 Turf Point treatments.
Very good customer service skills! Hard to find these days. Always available by phone or email. They call the day before the yard application. My first year with this company. They went door to door in my neighborhood, local company I thought I would give them a chance and I am glad I did. Several of my neighbors are also using Turf Point. I am going to have an awesome looking yard!
