I have used the Roswell Turf Masters for almost 2 years. Never had an issue with their service providers but never saw any real improvement in the lawn health nor did I get any recommendations as to what could be done to help the lawn health improve. I have a landscaping group that mows our lawn, maintains the shrubs and has aerated and seeded the lawn in the past. Over a month ago a turf master salesman sold me the service. He noticed some fungus on one of my shrubs and suggested I use his shrubbery people. Last week a guy came out to fertilize. I asked him about fungus. He did not know anything. A manager called and said he would be out Monday. NO SHOW. Sent spray guy out but he only knows he is spraying fungicides. Anyone can spray. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Waste of money. 4 days after 1st application terminated service. Liquid fertilizer applied excessively and burned lawn. They tried to blame sprinkler system.
