Kenneth was very friendly and professional and let me know he was here to do my yard
I’m assuming there’s lack of communication between the guys in the field and those in office. They’ll say one thing but do another. I tried contacting them with the issue, left a message, never got a call back. I called to speak to manager, was told I’d receive a call back, which never happened. Unprofessional.
Jaylon was great today. Paid attention to detail and was very pleasant to work with.
