I am extremely disappointed with the service and follow-up provided by Turf Masters of Greenville. During an aeration service, multiple areas of our yard were significantly damaged. After multiple phone calls and text exchanges — including providing photos of the damage — I was assured that repairs would be made while their team was completing other service work in the area. Let you all know that your driver flung a rock up at my windshield and tried to see if you would do the honorable thing and help me by replacing it. Your manager took my call and assured me that the owner would reach out to me but he never did. I tried reaching out additional times via calls and text with no answer.
