Spent $5,000 on Sod and had a few spotty patches due to fungus no problem called Turf Masters came out said they did the services look at my camera and only treated my front maybe 500 square foot and I have 10,000 square feet for treatment. Busted. Came back out over treated/weeded and killed my grass. They had one Job to take care of my grass and being called turf master they are not. And yes I water accordingly and cut to the 3-4 inches Due to summer.
Hired this company start of this year. Specifically directed them to one weed prevalent throughout my yard. They were also to be treating my trees and shrubs. After a total of six lawn treatments, with two of them specifically to treat that weed, and four tree/shrub treatments, my lawn is a disaster. On one of the lawn visits when I questioned the technician as to why nothing was being accomplished, he informed me that I could use Roundup on it but that it may kill some of the grass?????
