I am the former GM at Turf Care Inc. We had no idea as employees either. We found out 15 minutes prior to the new company coming in. A few employees and myself did not get jobs with the new company as well and no pay after the day it was sold. I have since moved on to CM's outdoor living solutions. RecommendedWell I did until I just got a letter that they are “joining forces” with Trugreen.....I can only assume that means they will now provide overinflated promises and poor sub par service for twice the price. It’s very unfortunate because we have had their service for years, but that will now stop. They were a great company and I appreciated the fact that they were not a chain franchise. I tried trugreen in Omaha and Des Moines and they had the same poor business practices in both cities....
be aware I Used them in the past and paid in advance did not want the service any more but I guess it is a life time commitment if you use them once. I did not see them this year but they say that they came out twice an now they sent me to collection. so be aware
What a difference Turf Care has made for my lawn! I had applied store bought Weed and Feed, big mistake! They should call it Weed Feed, the dandelions were out of control. It was embarrassing. I called Turf Care because my brother uses them and his yard always looks amazing. They came out two days later and the results are unbelievable! The only downside is that my yard is so plush that mowing is much more difficult. The pictures are three weeks and one application apart.
My lawn looks fantastic! Definitely would recommend!

I'm impressed with how my yard has turned around so quickly. Lots of weeds and bare spots but with turf care and some spring rain it looks great!
Employee instigated and participated in road rage and racist yelling match on our residential street in midtown. He refused to just stop, walk away, and de-escalate the situation which ended up with the other driving threatening to shoot the Turf Care employee and the employee making monkey sounds back to taunt him. Unprofessional, racist, and not wanted anywhere near our house or neighborhood.
