Well the start was great the person that came out was really good the work that was done was great and that’s were it stops. Improvements you should have the original person that signs you up do a follow up once the project is done and check in it will improve your client base recognition. second it’s been months and I had to call today informing them that I have to receive either via email or mail any invoices I had sing up for a 3 months no interest. I had a putting green installed and called for service because there’s big dips in the green and the cups aren’t seated enough so there’s a hill in front of each hole. I was told when I requested service that they were very busy but they would get to me as soon as they could in October of 2024 and I still haven’t received a return call. Very disappointed with the quality of the work and the lack of follow up when service was requested.
