Excellent customer service and superior knowledge of turbo applications. I was having an issue with my turbo leaking oil, and was told by 5 different companies I would have to buy a new turbo. But Turbobay was able to solve my issue over the phone without any hassle at all, which shows their knowledge and level of expertise. I asked to pay for the service, but they wouldn’t accept. This kind of service is hard to come by.
I contacted the owner through Facebook with a few questions about a turbo. He responded back super fast, and was extremely helpful, just wanted to thank you once again
Had my PTE 5858 rebuilt from TurboBay, customer service was good. The 1st replacement housing didn't pass inspection so they had to get me another one, Very thankful they found that while doing their thing. I reached out for updates and was provided with them accordingly. I would highly recommend TurboBay Performance! Matt knows his stuff and will get you taken care of!!
I don't know what's going on, but they've had my turbo since 06/08 and I'm still waiting.
These guies are awesome got my turbo rebuilt in 2 weeks with the 2.0 upgrade what a difference thanks turbobay 25 psi at quarter throttle
