Sadly, the staff of children have a low competence level. I have had 3 attendants attempt to get my license correct in their system. On my last visit the attendant neglected to start the wash and my car went through without being cleaned. When I pulled back around, I had to honk my horn for service, as no one was there to assist. The attendant explained that my license plate was still incorrect in the system which is why I wasn't being let in automatically. Do not go to this car wash. I paid for the top-of-the-line car wash and it barely cleaned anything off my Jeep. My windshield looked the same as when I went to the wash. The right-side turning scrubber was not even making contact.

Just want to leave a full marks review for the guy that helped us on 8/29/25 at around 6:30p. Professional, friendly, polite, all things you want to see a young employee doing. This was the second time we got this guy. The first time, there was a malfunction and our car didn’t get rinsed properly. He handled it like an expert, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and made things right with us. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but hopefully the time stamp helps. Thank you!!!
