This is a place you feel comfortable in right away. Chris is incredibly friendly, and Miguel was thorough with my inspection and was able to work on my Mini when other shops had previously declined. I'm a new client, but they seem to be very honest about what needs to be done versus what can probably wait. Not to mention they have cats that will literally greet you at the door.
Awesome experience with Turbo Tim's, they had my car fixed quickly and all the employees were super kind.
Totaled my car sliding on ice and they've been so kind to me. Helped me get it scrapped and offered to check out any vehicle I was looking to purchase as a replacement. They're always honest and up front about repairs (what's most important and the cost) and quick about it too. I've never trusted a repair shop more, and the well-loved kitties in the waiting room always make the experience less stressful. Cannot recommend enough.
